Internet-Marketing-For-Small-Business.net was born as a result of my realisation that many small business owners are struggling to successfully market their businesses on the internet. This stands to reason because they are naturally experts in their chosen field and not necessarily internet marketing.

Having come from small business my-self I can relate entirely with many of the challenges that many small business owners struggle with on a daily basis, such as; lack of time and or energy at the end of the working day to then deal with the marketing aspect as well.

In August of 2004 I launched my own venture a carpet cleaning business - which felt awesome I must say. Ironically however, that same month saw me being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at the age of thirty six, which ultimately was the cause of my having to sell the physically demanding business in 2007. But not before I achieved two mile stones; one of growing a sustainable business and the other total domination of my local online market.

It was the success that I had promoting my business online which ultimately drew me to launching this site. As more and more of peers and others kept approaching me for help, I knew the best way forward was to go online and share many of the secrets of marketing a business online that I had learned along the way.

Of course the site is presently in it's infancy. Going forward not only will there be instructional articles and videos from my-self but also many other experts as well in the areas of internet marketing, social media, business and internet marketing news.
